A Village
Who are we kidding? It does take a village. No one can do it all by themselves. Even if your school or organization has a powerful mission and passionate people in place, without the resources in your community to back it up – especially in these tough economic times – failure could be immiment. Imagine instead feeling like everyone is on your side, cheering you on and doing their part to help.

A Vision
We start with a visioning event where everyone can dream big and say aloud what it would look like to them to be a tremendous success in the community. For a school it may be 100% of their students moving on to a post-graduate degree. For a non-profit organization it might be never having to turn away another potential person in need.

Three Phases
Our team will guide your organization through three proven phases. Our clients quickly learn that the resources they need are in fact available and once they complete phase one (which focuses on getting their organization running smoothly with all members working toward the same definable goal) they can begin to engage the community to secure those resources. Money is important, of course. But we teach our clients that it is just as valuable to have a marketing guru, a print shop owner or a newspaper reporter on their "team".

There are people in the community who can help your organization in so many ways. We teach you how to think out of the box. How to get people involved and more importantly, EXCITED about your goals. It's invigorating to see how enthusiasm can spread through an entire organization and then it's surrounding businesses and community members!
