Deb Lukovich – President/Founder/Owner is a dynamic entrepreneur, author and community leader motivated by results. Deborah has started businesses and nonprofits, transformed organizations and filled leadership roles with many organizations, including Milwaukee Renaissance Academy, president of The Park People, Inc., founder and chair of Friends of Bradford Beach and others. With over 20 years of speaking and training experience, she has inspired and motivated countless individuals and organizations.

Shemagne O’Keefe – VP of Global Growth has worked for nerly 20 years in the areas of fund development, marketing and special events for large nonprofits including United Way, United Performing Arts Fund, Milwaukee Public Museum and Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra. She has managed or been intimately involved in annual campaigns in the range of $3-$5 million and is currently consulting on a $12 million school expansion capital campaign. Shemagne is a proud graduate of Alverno College and currently serves as the President of the Alverno Alumnae Association Board, Chair of the Woman’s Club of Wisconsin Foundation, Milwaukee Repertory Theater’s Education committee, Milwaukee Irish Fest and others.
